How does astrological coaching work?
The first part of the coaching process is becoming aware of the complexities of our personalities. We do this through the exploration of each planet's placement in your chart and investigating their needs and desires.
The second phase of our journey involves befriending the multiple parts that make us unique. We do this through exercises that help us accept the many levels of each of our archetypes with self-compassion.
The final developmental process of the program allows us to gain a better understanding of how all your distinctive parts can flow together and, help you live your life as a more integrated being.
A central element of the Astrological Coaching process
In Astrology, Archetypes guide us to images and themes that originate from the collective unconscious. These archetypes also relate to planet placements in our Natal Charts. Archetypal images constantly show up in our nighttime dreams, which is why Astrology & Dreamwork work so beautifully together.
Archetypes are multivalent and multidimensional, which gives us space to uncover several potential interpretations of these expressions in our personality. It is through the exploration of archetypes that we can begin to comprehend the nature of our psyche and our soul’s mission.

Gain a deeper understanding of the archetypes that make up your personality, and your soul's gifts and challenges through 6 Astrological Coaching sessions. You’ll study how the current planetary transits might be impacting various aspects of your life. You’ll leave this program, understanding how we’re constantly co-creating with the cosmos!

1 Natal Chart Intro: 90-minute session to explore in-depth your Natal Chart
After your 1st session, you will receive a copy of your Natal Chart with detailed explanations of the main archetypes in your chart.
5 Coaching Sessions: 60-minute Astrological Coaching sessions (via Zoom).
During these sessions, we’ll take a look at the important transits that are occurring in the cosmos and how they might be impacting your life.
These sessions will also be aligned with the Moon cycle, so you can connect with your Intuitive Intelligence.
Dream Tending (OPTIONAL): 60-minute session 100% dedicated to exploring a memorable dream and connecting it back to important themes in your Coaching journey.

Goal Alignment: Initial 30-minute call to align programs goals based on your current needs and growth desires.
Welcome Materials: you will receive a welcome package that includes Astrological workbooks and book recommendations to keep track of your growth and learnings.
Email Support: Available to continue working with your archetypal exploration in between sessions.
Assignments: You will be given materials to keep your growth alive at the end of each coaching session. These can include Guided Meditations, Psychological Astrology texts/chapters, Expressive Art Exercises, Movement.
Recordings: you will receive all the recordings from your sessions for future review, and any resources that might have come up during your session.
02. Pathfinder
6 Month Program / 12 Coaching Sessions / 6 Astrology classes

A unique combination of 1-1 Astrological Coaching sessions with 6 Astrology classes. You’ll learn how to integrate foundational Astrological knowledge into your Natal Chart, and into everyday life. Not only will you strengthen your Astrological community, but you’ll leave with a bigger sense of self-awareness, acceptance and alignment.
