This journey brings astrology off the page and into the body. Through Embodied Astrology, Mythology, Archetypal exploration, and AstroDrama, we’ll engage Venus not simply as an astrological symbol, but as a living presence that can be felt, imagined, and experienced.
Together, we’ll work with the archetypes and myths of the Venus underworld journey as mirrors for our own lives, exploring desire, relationship, shadow, worth, beauty, and the deeper parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen and reclaimed.
Through ceremony, reflection, embodiment, and imagination, we’ll create space to listen to what is emerging beneath the surface. This is an invitation to move through the Venus retrograde consciously…to descend, encounter, transform, and ultimately return with something new.

The Descent
Together, we’ll enter the mythic underworld of Venus through the stories of Inanna, Ereshkigal, Mary Magdalene, Persephone, and Hekate. These archetypes will offer mirrors for exploring what happens when we are asked to surrender old identities, confront what has been hidden, and descend beneath the surface of our familiar ways of relating.
Meeting Desire & Shadow
Through astrology, mythology, and embodied practices, we’ll explore the deeper layers of Venus: desire, intimacy, pleasure, worth, relationship, and the parts of ourselves we may have learned to suppress or reject. This is an invitation to meet the shadow not as something to overcome, but as a source of wisdom, vitality, and reclamation.
The Return
As Venus turns direct, we’ll gather what we’ve discovered and begin the journey back toward the light. Through reflection, embodiment, and ritual, we’ll explore what has changed, what we are ready to reclaim, and how we might move forward with a deeper relationship to our desires, values, bodies, and souls.
