Terms & Conditions
Appointment Confirmation: Payment is requested at the time of booking in order to secure your spot.
Appointment Reschedule: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required in case you need to reschedule your session. Clients will have the ability to select a new date/time for their appointment via Acuity booking system. Clients can also notify Bruna via bruna@brunamaia.com to reschedule.
After the 48-hour window has passed, rescheduling will only be available for cases of emergency (medical emergencies, family emergencies, or natural disasters).
Refund Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. If a client fails to attend their session without prior notice, there will be no opportunity to reschedule.
