Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) of the Pisces Season

Eclipsed Waters

This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse arrives on Tuesday, March 3rd like a tide turning in the night sky — a moment of Eclipsed Waters. On the Virgo–Pisces axis, we are asked to purify what has dissolved and give form to what has only lived in feeling. Pisces rules the oceans of the unconscious, our faith, our longings, our grief. Virgo tends the body, the altar, the daily devotion.

During this eclipse, the waters are briefly darkened so that something essential can be seen.

With the Sun in Pisces forming a supportive trine to Jupiter in Cancer and a gentle sextile to the Moon, there is emotional generosity available. Protection. Grace. A sense that even as the tides shift, we are held. Water supports water. Compassion strengthens clarity. And yet, we are not only dissolving — we are beginning.

Neptune and Saturn conjoin in Aries, and the rose-colored glasses are coming off. Vision must now meet courage. Inspiration must take initiative. Where we once floated, we are now asked to stand. Where we once dreamed, we are now asked to act. This is the maturation of faith.

The eclipse reveals where we have blurred boundaries, romanticized circumstances, or deferred responsibility. It also reveals where devotion is real, embodied, and ready to take form. Under these Eclipsed Waters, illusion drains away and discernment sharpens.

The Sun, Pallas Athena, and the North Node are also conjunct in Pisces, weaving illumination, destiny, and divine intelligence into one current. The Sun shines light on our purpose. The North Node draws us toward karmic growth and collective evolution. Pallas Athena, Goddess of sacred strategy and wise pattern recognition, refines intuition into insight.

In Pisces, this alignment calls for deep listening rather than force, surrender rather than control. This is not impulsive action, but spiritually attuned strategy. We are being shown the larger design: how compassion can be skillful, how sensitivity can be strength, and how the next step forward must align not only with desire, but with soul evolution.

Questions to guide you on this Lunar Eclipse:

  • What illusion is ready to fall away?

  • Where is life offering support, nourishment, or expansion that I am ready to wholeheartedly receive?

  • What intuitive strategy is quietly guiding me toward my soul’s next chapter?
